The face behind Bombshell Hair Studio.
For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to be a hairstylist. I always loved being creative, expressing myself and making others feel beautiful. The most rewarding part of my job is the look when a client sees their new hair and the biggest smile appears, it never gets old.
Having a mom as a hairdresser it was a no brainer; I loved the industry and couldn’t wait to take on my own clientele.
I’ve been in hair industry for just over ten years. I graduated hair school in Kitchener, ON where I attended Voila in 2011. I apprenticed at Capri Hair in uptown Waterloo for 2.5 years before leaving to pursue a hairstylist role closer to home as my ultimate goal was to work from home in my studio. I worked another year at a salon in Brantford, ON where I finally left to start my at home studio. I’ve been so blessed ever since serving my clients out of my space for nearly five years.
I fulfilled my license in February of 2014 and have made a point to keep myself educated as this industry is constantly evolving. I aim to take 6-8 classes a year to stay current and always be one step ahead of my clients. I pride myself on being on trend and on point with all the latest hair trends, colours and styles.
To me this isn’t a job, it’s a passion and I love that I’m always able to improve and keep on learning.
